Cancellation Policy
A 50% fee will be charged to any appointed that is cancelled without 48 hours notice. And 80% will be charged to no call no shows. Should you decline a service you booked for, you will be charged 50% of the cost of the service, if you need to make changes to your appointment please do so at least 48 hours in advance
If there is something you need adjusted please let me know within seven days, after that any adjustments will incur a charge, there are no refunds. Purchasing color elsewhere and redoing it at home voids the original work and I will not refund you the amount you paid to purchase color
